Shesh I Zi is an authentic Albanian variety produced in our region and aged in oak barrels for 8 months. Shesh has a robust structure and medium tannins, characterised by its red and pale purple colour and various forest aromas. It pairs well with antipasti and meat products.
Pulëz is an exquisite white wine characterised by a pale gold colour with green undertones. It originates from a high-altitude vineyard in Roshnik, Berat, situated 700 meters above sea level. This wine is renowned for its vibrant white floral scents and tropical fruit notes. The fermentation process of Pulëz occurs at a carefully regulated temperature.
Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine with a full structure, viscosity and high tannin. The rich flavour of forest fruits and spicy vegetable aromas makes it perfect with high-flavour foods. It has a dark ruby colour. Cabernet Sauvignon is a heavy wine aged in Albanian oak barrels for 8 months.

Located in the scenic countryside near Berat, Albania, Kantina Edoni benefits from an exceptional terroir shaped by the region’s Mediterranean climate. With hot, arid summers reaching temperatures of up to 38°C (100°F) and mild, wet winters averaging around 8°C (46°F), the area provides optimal conditions for vine growth and grape maturation. The combination of well-drained, mineral-rich soils and a distinctive microclimate enhances the complexity, structure, and aromatic profile of the wines, ensuring each bottle reflects the land’s unique character and winemaking excellence.
