Rosé
Our Rosé wine is an exquisite blend of select grape varieties, including Shesh I Zi, Malinat, and Muskat, Roshnik. The production technique used is Saignée, which involves bleeding off a portion of the juice from red wine grapes after a brief period of skin contact, yielding a beautiful pink hue and a crisp, clean taste. This delightful wine strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, offering a rich and well-balanced experience with extended longevity.

Shesh I Zi
Shesh I Zi is an authentic Albanian variety produced in our region. Shesh has a robust structure and medium tannins, characterized by its red and pale purple colour and various forest aromas. It pairs well with antipasti and meat products.
Our Shesh i Zi is aged in Albanian oak barrels, it takes on a distinctive character that enhances its inherent qualities while adding complexity and depth to the wine. Albania is home to native oak forests, and Albanian oak has been used in winemaking for centuries, giving wines a unique regional touch.

Pulëz
The Pulëz variety is an indigenous Albanian grape variety, primarily grown in the central and southern regions of Albania, including areas like Berat. While not as widely recognized outside of Albania, Pulez is an important part of the country’s winemaking heritage and contributes to the diversity of Albanian wine production.
Pulëz is an exquisite white wine characterized by a pale gold color with green undertones. It originates from a high-altitude vineyard in Roshnik, Berat, situated 700 meters above sea level. This wine is renowned for its vibrant white floral scents and tropical fruit notes. The fermentation process of Pulëz occurs at a carefully regulated temperature.

Shesh i Bardhë
Shesh i Bardhë is one of the oldest and most cherished grape varieties in Albania, contributing to the region’s long tradition of winemaking. It plays an important role in the local wine culture and is often seen as a symbol of Albanian viticulture.
The Shesh i Bardhe grape variety is known for its versatility and its ability to produce dry wines. When fermented, it gives rise to a crisp wine with subtle notes of green and floral aromas.

Vranac (Gajdja)
