Our Rose wine is an exquisite blend of select grape varieties, including Shesh I Zi, Malinat, and Muskat, Roshnik. The production technique used is Saignée, which involves bleeding off a portion of the juice from red wine grapes after a brief period of skin contact, yielding a beautiful pink hue and a crisp, clean taste. This delightful wine strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, offering a rich and well-balanced experience with extended longevity.
